Most in-stock orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may increase during holidays, major releases, promotions, live sales, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted. Contact us as soon as possible at info@jmregarage.com and we will determine whether the order can still be modified.

 

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Returned collectibles must be the exact merchandise originally shipped by JMRE Garage and must satisfy all applicable return requirements.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us at info@jmregarage.com promptly after delivery and include your order number, photographs of the item, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label. Please retain all packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

 

What if my tracking says delivered but I cannot find my package?

First check around your delivery location, household members, neighbors, mailroom, front desk, or other areas where the carrier may have left the package. You should also contact the carrier directly. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist were reasonably possible.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, currently we are not shipping internationally.
